Donna Records was a sister label to Bob Keane's Del-Fi Records, founded in 1959. It was named after one of Ritchie Valens' biggest hits. It was primarily a singles label and only two albums were released before the label was discontinued in 1965. On the second album, Donna is referred to as a division of Stereo-Fi Corp., another sister label of Del-Fi.
