MAM Records was a British record label founded in 1970 Gordon Mills and Tom Jones and distributed by Decca Records. Gordon Mills was the manager of Engelbert Humperdinck who became a major recording artist with MAM. The name is an acronym for management company Management Agency & Music Ltd.
Via a reverse takeover, MAM merged into Chrysalis Records in 1985. Following the sale of Chrysalis to EMI in 1991 many recordings previously owned by MAM have most recently been reissued by EMI.
