Sweet Peach was an Australian label, founded in 1969 by producer Jimmy Stewart and musician Doug Ashdown, and based in Adelaide, Southern Australia. Despite its short lifespan of just about three years, Sweet Peach produced important albums by Australian singer/songwriters and progressive rock outfits like Fraternity, Cannery Row, Paradise and Extradition.
Distribution for Sweet Peach was handled by Phonogram from 1969 to 1970, and by Astor in 1971. Find a more in-depth history of the label at MILESAGO.
