Roost Records (also known as Royal Roost) was an American jazz label established in 1949, taking its secondary name from the Royal Roost Club on Broadway in New York City, with which it was associated. Among the most highly regarded artists to record for the label were Stan Getz, Johnny Smith, Billy Taylor, Sonny Stitt and Dizzy Gillespie.
Roost Records was sold to Morris Levy in 1958, who merged it into his Roulette Records.
