Head Records was a tiny British underground label that was active for about 18 months in 1969 and 1970. We don't really know anything about that label's story, but the handful of records they put out in their short lifespan are quite interesting, especially the Mighty Baby album (formerly The Action).
It is quite remarkable though, that Head managed to sign an US-distribution deal with Chess Records (owned by GRT at the time) in early 1970, shortly before its demise. That's why the Mighty Baby album got a US release with that quite fantastic lime green and pink label design.
